As a mum of three, I understand the challenges of balancing family life while trying to make healthy choices. My approach is warm, practical and personalised. I believe every family deserves to feel listened to, supported and empowered with the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes that fit into everyday life.
“Being part of NUTRIBE has given me the confidence and support to grow as a practitioner, knowing I’m not building my practice alone. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a community where we can learn, share and grow together.”
I love bringing people together and creating opportunities to connect, share and learn. After many years working independently, I really value helping to build such a supportive and engaged community at NUTRIBE.

Sam is a Registered Nutritional Therapist & Chef, Educator, and Food Presenter dedicated to redefining how we think about food – starting from the ground up. As the founder of The Life Larder, she brings together food lovers, industry experts, and sustainability advocates to reconnect people with the origins of their food and the health of the land it comes from.
She trained as a Nutritional Therapist, later becoming Academic Director of the Natural Chef School, where she blended food education with nutrition. She now works directly with individuals and businesses to transform the way we grow, cook, and eat.
Today, Sam works across multiple disciplines, from nutritional cheffing and immersive retreats to corporate workshops and brand consultancy – helping people and organisations make food choices that are not only better for their health but also better for the planet. At the core of her work is a fundamental belief: good food starts with good soil.
A member of the Guild of Food Writers and ambassador for the Soil Association, Sam’s insights have been featured in Women’s Health, Resurgence & Ecologist, Vegan Food & Living, War Kitchen, and Naturopathy Magazine, where she was their food columnist. In 2022, I graduated as a Health Coach, fuelled by a passion for supporting women’s hormone health. This journey began with my own transformation through nutrition, supplements, and mindfulness practices. My experience, combined with further studies, equipped me with the tools and desire to assist midlife women navigating the myriad of symptoms associated with PMD and perimenopause.
Since then, I have established a supportive community and private practice, offering both group programs and one-on-one health and nutrition coaching. My signature programs integrate nutrition and behaviour change coaching to promote sustainable health improvements.
A pivotal moment in my career occurred when I was offered a position as a health coach within the NHS. This opportunity significantly expanded my knowledge and experience, allowing me to work with hundreds of patients facing diverse health concerns. Today, I operate my private clinic alongside my NHS role, seamlessly integrating insights from both experiences. Through continuous professional development and up-to-date health training with the surgeries to achieve successful patient outcomes with behavioral change coaching and nutritional education.
My role with the NHS has propelled my experience and my confidence as a health practitioner due to the responsibility of managing a large ever changing caseload of patients and seeing the incredible results achieved through nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
“As an NHS Health Coach specialising in preventative health, I combine nutrition, lifestyle medicine and behaviour change coaching to empower people to make sustainable changes and improve their health and wellbeing naturally. My values align closely with Nutribe’s commitment to supporting better health through education, nutrition and lifestyle, and I’m proud to represent such a supportive organisation that shares my passion for holistic, evidence-based health, whilst setting a high standard for professionals in the health space.

Dr Sarah Myhill MBBS
AMBASSADOR
Dr Sarah Myhill is a British medical doctor, author and lecturer with more than four decades of experience in medicine and a particular interest in chronic fatigue, energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, nutrition and Ecological Medicine. She qualified with Honours from Middlesex Hospital Medical School in London in 1981 and subsequently spent around 20 years working as an NHS GP before moving into independent medical practice.
Her clinical approach has focused on exploring the underlying mechanisms that may contribute to chronic illness rather than looking only at symptoms in isolation. Over many years, she has developed a particular interest in ME/CFS and the relationship between mitochondrial function and energy production, an area that has also formed part of her published research. In 2009, she co-authored a paper examining chronic fatigue syndrome and mitochondrial dysfunction, followed by further work exploring mitochondrial dysfunction and clinical approaches to ME/CFS.
Dr Myhill has been involved with the British Society for Ecological Medicine (BSEM) since the 1980s, including serving in senior organisational roles and contributing to the education of doctors and other health professionals interested in Ecological Medicine. Her work in this field places particular emphasis on areas such as nutrition, environmental exposures, metabolic health and identifying factors that may contribute to the development or persistence of chronic disease.
Alongside her clinical and research work, Dr Myhill is a prolific author and educator. Her books include Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Myalgic Encephalitis: It’s Mitochondria, Not Hypochondria, which explores the role of mitochondria in cellular energy production and her approach to understanding ME/CFS, as well as Ecological Medicine: The Antidote to Big Pharma, co-authored with Craig Robinson.
Throughout her career, she has lectured extensively to doctors, nutrition professionals and other healthcare practitioners, helping to bring greater attention to the connections between cellular energy, nutrition, environmental factors and chronic illness. Her work encourages practitioners to look beyond a single diagnosis and consider the wider physiological and environmental context in which health problems develop.
For NUTRIBE, Dr Myhill brings a particularly valuable perspective on energy and mitochondrial health, connecting biochemical mechanisms with decades of clinical experience in complex and chronic conditions. Her contribution offers practitioners an opportunity to explore how energy is produced at a cellular level, what can disrupt that process, and why mitochondrial function has become such an important area of discussion in nutritional and integrative healthcare.
